Welfare & Facilities Clean
A Welfare/ Facilities clean ensures all communal areas are cleaned to a high standard.
Including the following; vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins and polishing services.
Offices and Corridors – Dust/polish all surfaces including equipment, vacuum carpet.
Kitchen & Toilets – Wipe all surfaces, sweep and mop the floors, clean sinks, tap, draining board and basins and clean each toilet.
Stairs – Brush and mop all staircases and entrance halls.
We also provide a deep cleans, which involves a thorough clean on all cabins/ offices wiping walls, cleaining windows, microwaves, ovens and fridges.
Pre-paint Clean
Some developers also require a pre-paint clean before the build clean, ensuring the plot is cleaned ready for the painters to start. This helps the quality throughout the internal trades process.
What to expect:
Vacuum all woodwork using soft brush attachment to remove dust from wooden profiles – skirtings/architraves.
Vacuum all surfaces including floors, window cills, kitchen worktops (if fitted) and airing cupboards, using soft brush attachment.
Remove all surplus material from property and return to stores for re-use.
Ensure protection materials are left in place but are clean.
Vacuum out all dirt from window and door mechanisms, using soft brush attachment.
Vacuum and clean all surfaces to ensure house is dust-free.
Build Clean
A Builders Clean focuses on removing dust and building residue such as grout, stickers, packaging and paint flecks before bringing everything up to a sparkle finish. Re-Clean
A re-clean is carried out to bring property back up to the standard of the Initial Builder’s Clean following completion of snagging works. This clean can usually be for the purpose of NHBC CML or customers home demonstration.
What to expect:
Vacuum all carpets/flooring.
Re-polish wall/floor tiles and sanitaryware.
Clean shower doors ensuring no water marks left.
Re-clean inside of windows.
Fit seal to WCs confirming that they have been sanitised and cleaned
Wipe/polish all door handles, hinges, light switches.
Buff kitchen sink.
Clean, shine/polish cookers, hobs and extractor hoods.
Clean all surfaces ensuring any paint is removed.
Sparkle Clean
A sparkle clean is a variant of a Builders Clean which takes a property which is largely clean and takes it to a show home/ "moving in" level of cleanliness Sparkle cleaning is often described as a “Handover clean”, it involves an in depth final cleaning following a new building or refurbishment project. Sparkle clean is a concentrated clean that gives attention to all areas including walls, flooring, fixtures and fittings. The sparkle cleaning is essential as it provides the wow factor required before the building is handed over to the end users.

Kitchen – Doors scrubbed, clean sink and taps removing all lime scale, wash and polish all surfaces, floors to be cleaned, hovered and mopped, oven to be cleaned internally and externally, tiles to be cleaned, all skirting to be cleaned, all appliances to be cleaned inside and out, all windows and doors to be cleaned.
Bathroom - Tiles, shower screen and floor to be cleaned, bath and wash basin to be cleaned, toilet to be cleaned, mirrors to be cleaned, any cupboards and fixtures to be cleaned, all skirting to be cleaned, windows and doors to be cleaned.
