Bellway Homes - Sailsbury

Spirewood Grange, developed by Bellway Homes in Salisbury, has been supported by Taurus Cleaning Solutions since September 2025. We have successfully launched the show homes and sales suite, as well as maintained weekly welfare cleans. We are now fully engaged in construction cleans across the remaining 84 plots, ensuring each home meets the highest standards. Having worked with Bellway Homes for approximately five years, we have completed a variety of sites across the
South, building a strong, trusted relationship and delivering consistent results.

Bellway Homes -Thame

The Meadows at Hampden Gardens, developed by Bellway Homes, is a stunning
new homes development in the historic market town of Thame, Oxfordshire. Set on the edge of this charming community, the development offers a range of two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes, appealing to first-time buyers, local families, downsizers, and commuters to Oxford and London. Taurus Cleaning Solutions has been supporting the site throughout the build, providing professional cleaning services—including construction cleans, pre-handover cleans, and final sparkle cleans—to ensure every home is presented to the highest standard for new occupants.

Persimmon Homes – Yeovil

Augusta Park, Yeovil, developed by Persimmon Homes, is a site that Taurus
Cleaning Solutions took over from another cleaning contractor. While the project presented challenges, significant progress has been made and the site is now nearing completion, with just 14 plots remaining in build.
In December, the successful handover of 16 completed units during the week of
Christmas was a demanding milestone, achieved through excellent management
from the site team and strong collaboration from all involved.

Countryside Partnerships – Portugal road

Vistry Homes, in partnership with Abri, are delivering 72 affordable new homes in Woking town centre. This has been a challenging project for Taurus Cleaning Solutions, particularly due to the lack of on-site parking; however, the development is now nearing completion. We have successfully completed pre-paint cleans, build cleans, re-cleans, and final sparkle cleans across all apartments, as well as within
the communal areas, ensuring the development meets the required standards for
handover.

Devonshire Homes – Wincanton

Dancing Green is an exclusive collection of just 31 executive four and five-bedroom homes. Located on the northern edge of Wincanton in Somerset, the development enjoys a countryside setting while remaining within easy walking distance of the town
centre. Taurus Cleaning Solutions has been on site since April 2024, providing all
construction cleaning services alongside weekly show home and sales suite cleans,
ensuring the development is presented to the highest standard throughout.

David Wilson Homes – Romans Quarter

Romans Quarter, developed by David Wilson Homes, is located in Gillingham, Dorset. Taurus Cleaning Solutions has been proudly supporting the site since August 2024, delivering a full range of cleaning services throughout the construction process.
Our works have included welfare and facilities cleaning, showhomes and sales suite
preparation, stock plot cleans, and comprehensive construction cleans—covering build cleans, re-cleans, and final sparkle cleans.

Nicholas King – Ascot

Westwood Grove, developed by Nicholas King, is an exclusive collection of just twenty two, three, four, and five-bedroom houses, set within the extensive former tree-lined grounds of a grand historic home. Ideally located just minutes from Ascot
town centre, the development combines privacy, character, and convenience. Taurus
Cleaning Solutions has carried out a range of internal and external cleaning services,
ensuring each home is prepared to a high standard and ready for customer occupation.

Pennyfarthing Homes – New Milton

Danes Park features a thoughtfully designed collection of homes, including one-
bedroom apartments available through the First Homes Scheme, two and three bedroom bungalows, and two, three, and four bedroom houses. The development is located at Brockhills Lane, New Milton, BH25 5QL.

Vistry Homes – Bridport

Nestled in the beautiful Dorset countryside on the edge of Bridport, this thoughtfully
designed development offers a collection of energy-efficient two, three, four, and five bedroom homes. On this development Taurus Cleaning will be completing various cleans to achieve handover to client and customer occupation. We also clean the show homes and sales suite weekly and the site welfare and facilities centre.

Wates – Poole

Wates Hillbourne development marks Taurus Cleaning Solutions’ first project with Wates, supporting the delivery of 110 new sustainable and affordable homes in Poole. Developed in partnership with BCP Council, the scheme brings significant investment to the area and generates millions in social value for the local community.
The development includes 40 two-bedroom homes, 41 three-bedroom homes, and an Independent Living Apartment Building comprising 29 one-bedroom flats, offered as a mix of social rent and shared ownership. The first eight plots have already received their initial cleans, and we are excited to continue supporting this project through to completion.

Lovell - Ledgers Road, Slough

Ledgers Road is situated in the centre of Slough this project consists of 73 plots. Firstly, we will be commencing on the show homes so they are ready for handover. This will be three, two storey houses. Then as the project commences we will be moving on to three storey town houses, followed by two blocks of flats, containing 12 plots in each block.

Galliford Try - M49 Avonmouth

We are supplying Vistry Homes with a full time cleaner just for the welfare and facility units over 9 of their sites across the South of England.

Galliford try - Yeovilton

This project ran over the space of a month for Galliford Try at the new Yeovilton Dunker, a new facility which provides survival training for personnel in the event of a helicopter accident over water. Here we carried out various tasks cleaning around the three training swimming pools and throughout the facility.

Ashford Homes - Bourton

Ash Green is a superb development of ten traditional cottages set in the picturesque Dorset village of Bourton with varied and unique homes, occupying a generous setting.

Lovell - Middlemead Road, Great Bookham

This project has 79 plots, the location is currently being developed for local people to move into these new properties as the existing properties they are living in were built at the end of World War Two and were only supposed to be temporary. This project consists of bungalows, flats and houses.

Foreman Homes - Hedge End, Southampton

We are working for Foreman Homes where we will be completing builders clean, re-clean and a final sparkle clean for 94 plots. Some of these plots also have garages which we will also be cleaning.

Foreman Homes - Shearling Meadows, Andover

We are currently carrying out Sparkles and builders cleans across the site for the newly built 3/4 bedroom homes built by Foreman Homes in Andover.

Balfour Beatty - Wokingham

This was a solo project carried out in June/ July 2017, on this project various aspects of cleaning were undertaken including the three stairwells in the 9 story carpark to a large mezzanine which would hold the downstairs complex.

Crayfern Homes - Lapwing Road, Milton, Portsmouth
